Return & Exchanges

General Terms
For all situations, including when the outfits do not fit, Briggita will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise with all original internal garment tags attached within 30 days of the delivery of your items.
Please do not return the package to the address on the waybill, that is not the return address. Otherwise, no refund will be issued!
It should be noted that if the return or exchange is not caused by our fault (quality problem, color difference, or wrong shipment), customers are responsible for the return freight.
Once we receive your returned items and determine that they are in returnable condition (new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original internal garment tags), we will begin the refund or exchange process. For products with quality problems, you do not have to send them back and we will take a full refund/partial refund, but please make sure you contact us at briggitamart@gmail.com, and we will provide you with a satisfactory solution to minimize your loss.
 
Refunds
Refunds are usually returned within 7 days via the original method of payment (requests for refunds to other credit cards/accounts for any reason will not be accepted), or even within 24 hours if you paid via PayPal.
Note:
a. If the return is not caused by our fault (quality problem, color difference, or wrong shipment), we will not refund the postage.
b. If you need to return more than one item, please consult customer service regarding the shipping fee.
 
Exchanges

a. Item do not fit

You can make a new order for a new size and return the wrong size item to us. We will refund you when we got the returned item. We will reship you new size dress after we receive the parcel.

b. Item damaged

If the order you received is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, we will deal with your problem immediatel and replace a new one for you.

Each product can be exchanged once. If you want to change to a more expensive product, you will need to pay the difference in price. If the replacement is cheaper than the original, we will refund you the difference (in case of quality problems with the clothes). If the exchange is not due to our fault (quality problem, color difference, or wrong shipment), we will not refund the postage.
